Jim is the founder of Incereb and developed the NEON EEG electrode array for neonatal EEG monitoring. Incereb was acquired by Lifelines Neuro in 2018, where he held the position of the Vice President of Critical Care, and advisor to the Clinical Trials Division until August 2020

Geraldine is Co-Founder and Chief Scientific Advisor of Kephala. She has over 25 years’ experience in human physiological signal measurement and analysis, particularly neonatal electroencephalography and has published hundreds of peer reviewed journal papers and book chapters on this subject. She is the Founder and Director of the INFANT Centre for Maternal and Child Health Research at University College Cork (infantcentre.ie), and Professor of Neonatal Physiology.
